Cheryl is well versed in all aspects of construction administration, compliance, human resources and strategic management. Cheryl’s past experience is vast and includes working in the field as part of the project management team as well as in a corporate office overseeing company policy and procedure. She believes her previous experience working for both a large infrastructure contractor as well as a medium sized civil and environmental contractor will allow her to lead Roadworks to success and become the specialized grading contractor of choice for all Owners.
Marcial Crider, Vice President of Field Operations
Marcial brings a vast amount of experience and diversity to Roadworks. He began his career as an equipment operator over twenty five years ago for a large infrastructure contractor. In the past fifteen years, he has been a member of the management team on projects as large as $500M and worked with numerous DOTs on the east coast. Marcial has proven experience in roadway aggregate base coarse installation and grading, fine grading, mass excavation, mobile crushing plant operation and management and utility installation. Marcial’s commitment to safety, quality and production is the key to Roadworks success.

Anthony has a diverse skill set that compliments Cheryl and Marcial’s roles perfectly. Over the course of his career he has been an integral part of projects as large as $500M. He began his career as an Office Engineer for a large heavy civil contractor where he learned project costing, contract management, and scheduling. As he progressed in his career, he took on greater responsibilities including subcontractor management, procurement, safety management and quality control. Anthony is a strong communicator and has shown this many times over the past fifteen years as he successfully collaborated with Project Superintendents to plan and execute work and managed delicate owner/ project stakeholder relations. Immediately prior to joining Roadworks, Anthony was working in an estimating capacity. Anthony’s abilities in the office and the field are unmatched.
